Governance and performance for growing groups
Board-level advisory, corporate governance, compliance management and reporting discipline that keeps your group running confidently — at home and across borders.
Who we advise
- Owner-managed companies taking on partners, investors or a first board.
- Groups that need decisions, records and filings to be as organised as their ambition.
- Shareholders who want compliance managed rather than chased.
What we cover
- Board-level advisory: decision-making, shareholder agreements and how the group is directed.
- Corporate governance: registers, minutes, delegations and documentation across entities.
- Compliance management and reporting discipline for filings, accounts and statutory obligations.
Why it matters
Structures hold up when the paperwork behind them is real. Governance and reporting are what make a cross-border group credible to banks, partners and regulators — and what make it easy to run day to day.

Common questions
Is this only for large groups?
+
No. Governance matters most exactly when a company is growing fast — new shareholders, new countries, new obligations. We size the framework to the business.
Do you handle statutory filings?
+
We manage and coordinate the compliance calendar across entities, and coordinate filings with the relevant professionals and registries in each jurisdiction, including bookkeeping and statutory accounts through the 360° service.
Can you sit on our board?
+
We provide board-level advisory and can coordinate independent directors through our network where the structure requires one. We do not act as a licensed fiduciary where local rules reserve that role to regulated professionals.
How do you work with our existing accountant?
+
Alongside them. Many clients keep their local accountant; we coordinate the cross-border view and plug in the legal, accounting and auditing work where our network covers it.
Auditaxes UK provides consulting and coordination services. Where a step requires a regulated professional — for example a lawyer, notary, auditor or licensed adviser — we coordinate with qualified professionals in our international network or with your own advisers.
